1. The Anchor should be
postioned 1 1/2” above the bottom of the cover and it should also be
positioned 2” out from the center.
2. The Rank & J-Bar should be postioned 1” out from the end of the lapel and
1” down from the top of the collar.
3. The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4” above the top of
the pocket.
*Note: Winter Blue is a normally reserved
for special (NJROTC) events such as field meets and color guards. When
required, this uniform will be issued to cadets without charge.
