1. The Rank & J-Bar should be
positioned 1 7/8” in from the end of the lapel
2. The Anchor/Rank should be positioned 1 1/2” above the bottom of the cover
and it should also be positioned 2” out from the center.
3. The Service Stars/Name Plate should be positioned 1/4” above the top of
the pocket.
